Every donation made here will go to help the family of Tyler Head.
The family is in need of:
- Insurance deductibles and expenses $15,000+
- A wheel chair (non electric)
- Wheel chair accessible van
- Home Renovations to include Wheelchair ramps and Electric modifications to help lift/lower Tyler into the bath and the bed.
- Bathroom remodel for a wheelchair accessible shower
We are asking for your help to fulfill these needs. There are multiple options for a donation: a specific item needed (listed above), a cash donation or a gift for the auction that will be held at the benefit. The amounts are staggering so we are asking that you be as generous as you can, most donations can qualify as a tax deduction through our 501c3 partner. We wish to have all donations finalized by March 6, 2013.
Here's how it works....
When you make a donation of $20 you choose a number for Bingo - A CHANCE TO WIN UP TO $4000!!! (visit the Cow Chip Page for layout) You will be emailed asking for the number you choose.
YOU HAVE TO MAKE A DONATION BEFORE YOU WILL BE EMAILED
For every $25 donated you can choose between a T-shirt or a Bingo Square. (you will be emailed asking size or number)
For every $50 or more you get both!!
